The Blackfin Group was founded in 2016 and has deliberately remained lean ever since. We work in a high-production, high-efficiency environment with little margin for error. It allows us to take the work that actually matters and make a difference to the product rather than filling a utilization target. The bench is weighted towards the people who produce the deliverables rather than the layer above it.
