Pre-purchase assessment and asset condition survey - structural, mechanical component, and piping and pipeline systems. Work scope and work pack development. Laser scanning to 3D model using CloudWorx with CADWorx, producing facility and equipment as-built packages.

Technical Due Diligence
Review of technical data packages for platforms and pipelines, including inspection, maintenance, and repair records. Site visit and facility inspection, technical review reporting for asset acquisition, and asset retirement obligation (ARO) estimating.

Fitness-for-Service & Life Extension
Engineering assessment for aging assets where the question is whether to repair, upgrade, or extend - including pressure vessel fitness-for-purpose assessment, mechanical integrity, and life-extension engineering for structures and facilities.

Bearing bore, flange face, and housing captured to modeling accuracy - a measured record of as-found condition before refurbishment, rather than an inspector's estimate.

FSRU Integrity & Import Infrastructure
Support to a 24" OD subsea pipeline inspection, repair, and maintenance campaign - global strength and fatigue analysis, and development of a full pipeline integrity management system comprising a corporate governing manual, inspection and testing criteria, a regulatory guidance register, risk prevention measures, and an inspection plan.
Drilling Fleet Audit & Compliance Program
Day-to-day management of a drilling contractor's internal rig audit program across five global regions, continuously since 2017 - inspection program development and management, fleet compliance management, QMS auditing, procedure development, root cause analysis, and HAZID / HAZOP.
