Design & Drafting
The model it comes out of. The drawing it gets built off.
3D plant and equipment modeling, isometrics, support details and fabrication drawings, from the team that engineered them.
What We Produce
The deliverables a fabricator and a construction crew actually work from.
-
3D plant and equipment modeling
Equipment, piping, supports and instrumentation modelled together, so clashes are found on screen rather than on site. The model is the source everything else is drawn from.
-
Piping isometrics and support details
Isometrics, pipe support details, nozzle location plans and general arrangements, extracted from the model rather than drawn separately and left to drift out of step with it.
-
Fabrication and assembly drawings
Shop drawings for skids, racks and structures, with the assembly detail a fabricator needs to build without ringing you for clarification.
-
Scan to model as-builts
Laser-scanned point clouds fitted to model geometry, so new steel and new spools are designed against as-found conditions rather than against a drawing that stopped being true years ago.
-
Material take-offs
Quantities taken from the model, so the take-off and the design cannot disagree.
